Terms of use
Last updated 7 August 2026
These terms apply when you use MM. MM is operated by Pacific Fund Pty Ltd (ABN 75 143 185 406), and in these terms “we” and “us” mean that company. By creating an account or using MM you agree to them.
What MM does
MM is a platform for managing business information — businesses, locations, listings and the people who look after them — and for publishing approved information to independent destination websites we operate. Which businesses appear on which destination website is our decision, made with you rather than by self-service.
Your account
- Give us accurate details when you register, and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you, so tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
- You must be authorised to act for the businesses you manage in MM. An organisation's owners and administrators decide who else may reach its data, and can remove that access at any time.
- Accounts are for people, not for sharing between them.
The information you provide
You keep ownership of the business information you enter. By entering it you confirm that you are entitled to provide it, that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that publishing it will not infringe anyone else's rights.
You give us permission to store that information, to format it, and to publish it on the destination websites you have agreed to appear on. That permission lasts while the information is published and ends when it is withdrawn, except that a destination website may have cached or archived a page we no longer serve.
We may decline to publish, or withdraw, information that is inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, or unsuitable for the destination website. We are not obliged to publish anything.
Acceptable use
Do not use MM to:
- impersonate a business you are not authorised to represent;
- publish anything unlawful, misleading, offensive or infringing;
- gain or attempt to gain access to another organisation's data, or to any part of the system you have not been given access to;
- interfere with the service — including automated scraping, load that degrades it for others, or attempts to circumvent rate limits or other protections.
Availability
We work to keep MM available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may take the service down for maintenance. Where a change would materially affect how you use MM, we will give you reasonable notice if we can.
Suspending or closing an account
You may stop using MM at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account, or an organisation, if these terms are broken, if we are required to, or if an account is being used in a way that puts other people's data or the service at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you first.
Closing an account removes access to it. Information already published to a destination website is withdrawn from what we serve, though a destination website may retain a cached or archived copy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee is limited, where the law allows, to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law permits: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data, or for loss arising from information you or someone in your organisation entered.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what personal information we collect and how we handle it. It forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and we will tell account holders directly about a change that materially affects them. Continuing to use MM after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
